These Terms of Service are the rules for using our website and booking our services—like truck gearbox repairs or diagnostics. By using our site or calling us, you’re agreeing to this, so let’s keep it clear and simple.

Our site’s here to tell you about us and help you get in touch. You can:

• Check out our services (gearbox repairs, diff fixes, GS unit servicing)
• Call or email us to book a job
• Browse without any hassle

But please don’t:

• Copy our stuff (like text or pics) without asking
• Mess with the site (no hacking or spamming)

Our Services
We offer truck gearbox repairs, diff refurbishments, diagnostics, and more—mostly from our Benoni workshop, but we’re mobile too, covering South Africa and even Africa. Here’s how it works:

• You contact us (083 270 9256 or info@jjgearboxes.co.za
• We chat about your truck and give you a quote (competitive prices, always!)
• We fix it—either at our place or where you’re at
• You pay once it’s done (we’ll sort payment details with you)

Every job’s custom, so quotes and timelines depend on what your truck needs.

Your Responsibilities
To make this smooth:

• Give us accurate info (like where your truck is or what’s wrong)
• Pay us on time once the job’s finished
• Let us know ASAP if something’s not right after the fix

Our Promise
We’ll:

• Do quality work with attention to detail (it’s what we’re known for)
• Try our best to get it done fast
• Go the extra mile where we can

But heads-up: we’re not perfect. If something’s out of our control (like a part delay or a storm), we’ll let you know and work around it.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you change your mind before we start, no worries—just tell us. Once we’re working, we’ll need to cover costs if you cancel (like parts we’ve ordered). If we mess up (rare, but it happens), we’ll fix it or sort out a fair refund.

Liability Stuff
We’re good at truck repairs, but we can’t promise miracles. We’re not liable for:

• Damage after you drive off (unless it’s our fault)
• Issues we didn’t cause (like a truck breaking down elsewhere)
• Losses like missed deliveries (we’ll fix fast, but that’s on you)

We’ll do our best, though—that’s the JJ Gearboxes way!
